2010: Pos Malaysia Delay

Dear customers,

We have just found out that Pos Malaysia only started working yesterday and only 60% of them is back to work. The rest is still on holiday. So if your parcels ahd been sent out last week just before the holidays, they are still at the post office. (=_=)" Yea... so there are some of them which are still left at the post office via our account and we've took them back and opt for United Express. (United Express only for this week)

Please do not worry, we have resent your items earlier today. We are sorry for the late delay because of the holidays. (not our fault really, but... we feel bad) Please check your email for updated United Express track codes yea? For further inquiries, please email us. Thanks and hope you girls will understand.

Here are some other infos that you need to acknowledge before purchasing with us:

For Malaysian Buyers Only:

We will only use pos laju service as our delivery option, a flat fee of RM8-10 postage will be charged per bag for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM10-12 per bag for Sabah & Sarawak for a pos laju service.
Do take note that we will only send out your items on every Monday or Wednesday of the week.

For International Buyers Only:

All parcels sent out from Malaysia will be a registered parcel by Pos Malaysia or by TNT.
All freight charges will be borne by buyer.
If a purchase of bulk is involved (with a minimum quantity of 10 pcs and above), there will be a discount rate on freight charges which would be discussed then via email.
Do take note that we will only send out your items on every Monday or Wednesday of the week.

Do take note that there are some points that needed to be clarified between us here at bag.O.licious with you our dedicated shoppers. Don't fret, these are just the normal points that we're sure every online shopping sites have them too. ;)

Basic Terms

Please take note that all items featured on bag.O.licious are in brand new condition.
All items featured on bag.O.licious are final. ITEM(S) SOLD ARE NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
We will only entertain serious buyers and we practice a strict "no back out" rule once a purchase confirmation has been made between us else you would be on our blacklisted list panel.
Reservations are accepted depending on certain items but we will only hold the item(s) for 48 hours, payment must be made within these 48 hours. For reservations and inquiries, please email us at : info.bagolicious@gmail.com
Pictures featured on our blog may not be as 100% same colored with the original item(s) due to lighting and camera angles but we'll try our best to adjust the colors to a 90% replica max.
All items featured on bag.O.licious are based on first come first serve basis via email booking.
bag.O.licious will not be responsible for lost and damaged goods during delivery.

Pre-Order Terms

All pre-order item(s) must be paid 60% upfront and 40% of balance should be remitted once your item(s) reaches Malaysia.
Pre-order items would take approximately 2-3 weeks upon 60% upfront and dateline.
There will be a strict "no back out" rule once a purchase confirmation has been made on your pre-order item(s). There will be no refunds for your 60% upfront.

Last but Not Least

All payments must be made to administrator's HSBC or PBB account. Account and shipping info will be given out once booking confirmation has been made via email.
